Thank you for choosing Cirkul Water. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the following policy:

1. Return Window You may request a return within 30 days from the date you received your items.

2. Return Conditions

• Reusable Water Bottles (Hardware): Items must be in unused, original condition and must be in their original packaging. Returns may be rejected if the product shows visible signs of wear.

• Flavor Cartridges (Consumables): For food safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used flavor cartridges are non-returnable. If the flavor cartridge packaging remains sealed and unopened, it is eligible for return.

3. How to Initiate a Return Please email us at elijahellington732@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request - [Your Order Number]". Please include the reason for the return and the condition of the items. Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions within 48 hours.

4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

5. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

• If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
