2. Shipping Times (Domestic US) Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days. Please note that delivery times are subject to the carrier's (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) performance and may experience slight delays during peak holiday seasons.

3. Free Shipping Policy Cirkul Water currently offers Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. No discount code is required; the free shipping option will be automatically applied at checkout.

4. Order Tracking Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this link to monitor the real-time status of your delivery.

5. Address Changes and Delivery Issues

  • Address Updates: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at elijahellington732@gmail.com (within 24 hours). Once the package has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
